The work consists of renovation of 0.5 miles of Upper East Fork Road. Work includes roadside brushing, renovation (including heavy blading/grading), construct and armor waterdips, base and surface course aggregate placement, and construct wood fence and gate. NAICS Code is 237310. Project site is located in Josephine County, Grants Pass Resource Area, Medford District, Oregon. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work is June 16, 2006, and performance time is 60 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: None; Performance Bond: 20%; and Payment Bond: 100%. This solicitation is set aside for HUBZone Small Business Concerns. This solicitation will be posted electronically. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is March 27, 2006.
