- The U.S. Government seeks to lease approximately 11,601 rentable square feet of space to yield 10,088 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space in Clearwater, FL within the following delineated area: North: From the west (Hercules Ave): east on Sunset Point Road to Belcher Road; north on Belcher Road to Main Street; east on Main Street to US Hwy 19; north on US Hwy 19 to Curlew Road; east on Curlew Road to McMullen Booth Rd and south Gulf-to-Bay The Government requires a fully-serviced lease and adequate parking for 72 vehicles. Occupancy date is July 15, 2007 or earlier, if feasible. The required lease term is for 10 years, 5 years firm. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Lifesafety and Handicapped Accessibility. Both existing buildings and new construction will be solicitied. Unique Requirements: Space offered is preferred to be on the first floor and must be in the same building and contiguous on the same floor. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agent must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building’s ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable. Include whether the site is located in a flood zone and if so, please indicate the type of zone. We plan to schedule your appointment for April 7, 2006.
