Description: The Government intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with the University of Illinois under authority of FAR 6.302. This acquisition is for Sediment Characterization in the Middle Peoria Pool. The Project is located in Illinois River backwater area between Chillicothe and Lacon, Illinois (River Mile 182-190). Contractor will analyze sediment cores that were taken in fall of 2002. Three (3) Option Periods are included in this Request for Proposal. Option items will be to collect new sediment cores.
