Description

SOURCES SOUGHT: The project work location is the U.S. Coast Guard Station Port O’Connor, Texas. The project work consists of but not limited to providing all labor, equipment, materials and tools to provide and install one 24 foot X 60 foot double wide office trailer with four private offices and eight additional work stations. The trailer shall have electrical and tele/data connections at each station, lighting and A/C in all offices and open spaces, Handicap access ramp and stairs. The trailer shall be anchored to the ground and able to resist hurricane wind speeds of 145 mph. The contractor shall coordinate with trailer manufacture the configuration and type of trailer anchoring to the ground, the trailer shall have a skirt all around. Estimated construction price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is sixty (60) calendar days. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2002 code is 237910. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $13 million. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. The solicitation in its entirety and any amendments will be available at no charge online at http://www.fedbizopps.gov under the above solicitation number. This action is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for HUB Zone small business concerns. Interested HUB Zone small business concerns should indicate their interest to the Contracting Officer as soon as possible, but no later than 15 calendar days from the posted date of this notice. As a minimum, the following information is required: (a) a copy of the certificate issued by the SBA of your qualifications as a HUB Zone concern, (b) a positive statement of your intention to submit an offer for this solicitation as a prime contractor, (c) evidence of experience in work similar in type and scope to include contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, and points of contacts and telephone numbers and (d) provide evidence of bonding capability to the maximum magnitude of the project, to include both single and aggregate totals. All information must be submitted in sufficient detail for a decision to be made on availability of interested HUB Zone concerns. Failure to submit all information requested will result in a contractor not being considered as an interested HUB Zone concern. If adequate interest is not received from HUB Zone concerns by close of business 15 calendar days from the date of this notice, this solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside without further notice. To receive immediate notification of all changes and future notices posted electronically for this project, vendors should click on “Register to Receive Notification”. All vendors interested in teaming or subcontracting for this solicitation should click on “Register as Interested Vendor”.
