The submission of technical data package for review shall not impeded the award of this requirements type contract, but will qualify the proposed for follow on acquisitions of the specific part numbers offered. It is the Government belief that only Leslie Controls, the manufacturer of the parts, or/or its dealers and distributors can furnish the required parts and ensure proper fit, form and function of all its components.
