NOTE: THIS MODIFICATION CHANGES THE NAICS CODE TO 541513, WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $23,000,000.00. Sources Sought Notice --- Description The U.S. Department of Labor?s, Employment Standards Administration (ESA), Office of Workers? Compensation, Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC) is seeking information about contractors that may be able to perform the tasks identified in this DRAFT Statement of Work for Unified Energy Case Management System support services. The Department is conducting market research in an effort to identify small businesses that are capable of performing the work described in the DRAFT SOW. All offerors, including small businesses capable of performing the work described in the DRAFT SOW are encouraged to submit a capability statement to UECMS@DOL.GOV. Please indicate the size/type of business (small, hub-zone, 8(a), non-profit, large, etc.) in your submission. This sources sought notice and DRAFT SOW are for planning purposes only and do not commit the Government to pay for the information requested, issue a solicitation, or award a contract. No solicitation document exists at this time. No proposals shall be entertained based on this submission. Furthermore, the attached technical sections do not constitute a complete solicitation or imply that a complete solicitation will be submitted at a later date. No legal liability on the part of the Government exists for payment of any money for the performance of work requested by this sources sought notice. The Government will take into consideration all responses issued by the above deadline. The closing date for the receipt of responses is March 22, 2006, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
