Description

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSISThe 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for a LNP60 Liquid Nitrogen Plant with associated flexible lines, cold head motor cord and air compressor. Period of performance is 14 weeks after receipt of an award. This is a Sole Source with Cryomech Inc. IAW FAR 6.302-1. Cryomech Inc. is the only source capable of fulfilling the government?s requirement. The liquid nitrogen plant must produce at least 60 liters of liquid nitrogen per day, be air cooled, operate a 460 VAC air and helium compressor, have 210 liter storage capacity, have no external gas for production and meet limited space requirements of not more than 7? x 7?. No solicitation documents exists at this time. This item/service utilizes Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 3585 with a business size of 750 employees and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 333415. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that Cryomech Inc is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
