Description: The National Guard Bureau, Air National Guard intends to award a sole source contract to Flight Safety International for initial and refresher C-38 aircrew training. The anticipated award will be a firm-fixed price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefini te Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a base year and four options. A sources sought synopsis was issued on 23 February 2006. Flight Safety International, who is the incumbent contractor, was the only company to respond. A formal request for proposal will be issued to Flight Safety International. Anticipated award date is 1 April 2006.
