Description

To cover the cost of all materials, labor, parts, equipment, facilities, supervision and all related costs to 1) develop the exact requirements and layout for the new wet pipe sprinkler system, 2) install the new wet pipe sprinkler system, 3) connect the new sprinkler system into the existing fire alarm panel, 4) test all aspects of the sprinkler system and 5) provide documentation for the installation, operation and maintenance of the new sprinkler system. It is estimated that this project will be c ompleted within 90 calendar days from start. All work is to be in strict accordance with scope of work, Install Sprinkler System Composite Manufacturing Facility - Building 110, 15 August 2005, included in solicitation W911PT-06-Q-0154. Wage Determinatio n NY030002 (revision 21, 3 March 2006) applies and is included in the solicitation. Estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,000 total; performance (100%) and payment (100%) bonds or an irrevocable letter of credit are required. Contractor is responsible to confirm all measurements and report any discrepancies to the contracting office with the bid.Solicitation W911PT-06-Q-0154 will be posted on or ab out 27 March 2006 and will close 17 April 2006. Anticipated award date is on or before 27 April 2006. Telephonic requests for copies of the solicitation will not be accepted. The solicitation will be posted electronically on the Army Single Face to Indust ry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil and will be listed under Watervliet Arsenal. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer non-responsive and result in the rejection of same.
