Description

This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources for spares for the AC Gain Assembly CCA, NSN: 5998-01-359-9315 (p/o TA-838A/TT Telephone Set). We are looking to establish a five year Flexible Long Term Contract with an initial buy of 800 units a nd a minimum buy of 200 units per year for the balance of the contract. The maximum quantity of units that may be purchased under this contract is 2400 and the minimum buy quantity is 200 units. This is to be a Form, Fit and Function Contract. The Techn ical Drawings will be provided for reference only for other than form, fit and function. All CCAs are to conform to all the testing requirements of SM-A-790812 (as revised by ECP-CMI-001) and all the requirements of the SOW. A signed copy of ECP-CMI-001 will be furnished with the bid drawing set. They are to be form, fit, and functionally compatible with the TA-838A/TT Telephone Set. Suppliers capable of furnishing these units must so indicate, by writing to Commander, USACECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-A-AT, Building 1200E, Ft. Monmouth, NJ 07703-5023. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to previous suppliers of this item, or a statement from a previous supplier demonstrating that they can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the unit from the previous supplier. Successful supplier will be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
