Description U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 13,000 Rentable Square Feet (YIELDING AT LEAST 11,324 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF OFFICE SPACE WITHIN A SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW, and be located within reasonable walking distance to public transportation. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ADA and UFAS guidelines. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) Years, FIVE (5) years firm term. DELINEATED AREA: Altoona, PA as outlined below: NORTH ? 7th Street from Lexington Avenue, east to Valley View Blvd. EAST ? Valley View Blvd, south to 17th Street entrance of I-99, including Logan Town Center and Business and Technical Park, south on I-99 to Logan Blvd, south on Logan Blvd to the political limits of the City of Altoona. SOUTH ? The political limits of the City of Altoona, west to Plank Road/ Route 220. WEST ? Plank Road/ Route 220, north to Logan Blvd, north/northwest to Beale Avenue, north to Union Avenue, Union Avenue north to 13th Avenue, north to 14th Street, north to 14th Avenue, north to 11th Street, south on 11th Street to Lexington Avenue, north to 7th Street. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN MARCH 29, 2006 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 3) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet of offered space 4) Rentable Square Feet of offered space 5) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to determine the Rentable Square Feet 6) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. 7) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
