Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is an urgent unrestricted requirement that shall be awarded as a firm fixed price contract under Solicitation Number W9124N-06-T-0012. The Defense Language Institute, Presidio of Monterey, California is soliciting proposals for the following requireme nt (No Substitutes, Brand Name Only): Item 0001: 1370 EACH MICROSOFT Desktop CAMPUS Licenses with Software Assurance (which provides product updates and upgrades, support resources and tools, and eLearning courses) - Faculty, Part Number C27-00002A (must provide a minimum coverage including the following: (1) Office Suite (Win + Mac) with Multilanguage support, (2) Core Client Access Licenses (CALS) which includes: Windows server CALS; Exchange server CALS; Systems Management Server (SMS) CALS, and Share Point Portal Server (SPS) CALS. Item 0002, 2640 EACH MICROSOFT Desktop CAMPUS Licenses All Language Packs with Software Assurance Pack Campus Agreement Students (allows students to use products on their personal computer), Part Number C27-00002CS. Offe rors are to provide enrollment pricing for both the 12-month license and the 3-year. Provide FOB Destination (CIO, 1388 Plummer Street, Monterey, California 93944).
