Some of the contract requirements include: Must be a GSA Schedule 75 holder. Provide on-line electronic ordering system that MUST automatically substitute an equivalent NIB/NISH item if one is available. Provide an On-site representative 40 hours/week Representative will provide any training, answer questions, or provide whatever services are needed - Government will provide a room, desk, computer, phone & fax connections at no cost NO storage area on site - contractor to maintain inventory of stocked toners in the office area provided - must be available for toner pick-up at specified times. All other consumable office items are next-day delivery to the desktop (copier/printer paper is not part of the solicitation requirement). Provide management information reports - scheduled & as-needed basis. Provide the means to assist DSCC in restricting ordering of supplies to designated individuals at the order point level. Provide, set up and have operational by August 1, 2006. Provide customized NIB/NISH catalog that meets GSA contract provisions with a section containing specific instructions for ordering personnel.
