- Description
- The Government intends to award a Fixed Quantity Contract for 1570 each various Airgo Industries Inc, shipping and Storage containers. Airgo Industries Inc Cage Code is 1Y4M7. This is an unrestricted acquisition. The solicitation will be for supplies which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data. To obtain technical/qualification information, the offeror must contact Airgo Industries. All offerors shall indicate whether they are offering an "exact product," an "alternate product" (which includes a "previously reverse-engineered product"), a "superceding part number," or a "previously-approved product;" and shall furnish the data required for whichever is applicable. The North American Industrial Classification (NAIC) Code for these items is 333120. Delivery will be 80 days after date of award FOB Destination to a conus location, which after delivery the contract will expire. This solicitation will be evaluated by using the Low Price Technically Acceptable method. The anticipated award date is April 30, 2006. Please reference number note # 12 & 22.
