- NSN: 5365-01-210-1629, SPACER, PLATE, An export control technical data package for this NSN is available at the following DSCR Website: HTTPS://RIC1S-C025.DSCR.DLA.MIL/TDMD . IAW Drawing NR 19207 12338903 DTD 02/15/00. The TDP will only be released to export control certified requestors. If export control certification is required, request a DD FORM 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, from Defense Logistics Services Center, WWW.DLIS.DLA.MIL . Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 94 DARO. This NSN is a critical application item, is not a commercial item, and is not a critical safety item as of 03/16/2005. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 26,116 each for the base year and 7,568 each for each option year thereafter. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 1,892 each for the base year only. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is projected to be 31 March 2006, and the solicitation closing date is 01 May 2006.
