- *****MODIFICATION TO CHANGE RESPONSE DATE TO APRIL 30, 2006***** PR#: RE06062004, NSN: 5342-00-185-2690, Mount, Resilient, Wea, RFP #: SPM4A6-06-R-0107 Contracting Officer: GAIL GARY /804-279-6851 Issue Date: MARCH 31, 2006 THROUGH APRIL 30, 2006. Subject procurement is an INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT with a base plus four option years. Subject RFP Estimated annual quantity for the base year: 1680 each, Estimated annual qty for option years: 1680 each. OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION APPLIES. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 90 days ARO. Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This will not be located on the Procurement Gateway. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. DIBBS is a web-based application that provides the capability to search for, view, and submit quotes/proposals on requests for proposals (RFPs) for items of supply included in the DLA Business System Modernization (BSM) program.
