- Description
- Digital orthophotography services for a variety of government agency programs in the state of Alaska. Solicitation will result in a two (2) year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract and may result in multiple awards with a base period (calendar year 2006) and one option period (calendar year 2007). This procurement will require acquiring imagery at 1:40,000 scale, 6 inch (153mm) camera focal length, 9?x9? format aerial film (or equivalent for non film-based aerial photography). Other requirements include optional digital elevation model products. Photo acquisition period will be according to agricultural growing seasons and will typically occur between May and September. Negotiated firm-fixed price task orders will be issued for all work required. A maximum per order limitation will be $500,000, with a combined period limitation of $1,000,000. The initial task order planned will be for approximately 3,400 square miles in the Fairbanks, Alaska area during the approximate flying season of May 10, 2006 through September 1, 2006. Solicitation (RFP)USDA-NRCS-1-06 will be issued on or about March 31, 2006, with offers due May 1, 2006.
