Description

This solicitation is for a Commercial Item as per Part 12 of the FAR. The intent is to provide services for the cleaning of toilet facilities located in the Crystal Basin Recreation Area. Service will be primarily during the high use days of the week during the summer season and will occur upon a pre-determined schedule between the hours of 0700 and 1800. approximately 23 toilet compartments will be cleaned 4 times per week, 3 toilet compartments being cleaned twice a week, 4 toilet compartments being cleaned once weekly, and 4 toilet compartments being cleaned on an "as needed" basis. Most of these facilities are outhouses, not flushable toilets. These facilities are located in recreation facilities (campgrounds, picnic areas, etc.) and are generally in close proximity to each other. The solicitation is expected to be available on 03/17/2006. There will be no pre-bid or tour. Interested vendors and visit the site(s, directions are provided in the solicitation.
