- Commercial Item Synopsis to purchase five Skidoo Skandic Super Widetrack snowmobiles or equal with back rest, tether kill switch, tow hitch and full cover. Purchase two Skidoo Skandic Longtrack snowmobiles or equal with backrest, tether kill switch, tow hitch and full cover. Purchase two Yamaha 4-Stroke RS Venture snowmobiles with backrest, tether kill switch, tow hitch and full cover. Information will be provided on nine snowmobiles that are available for trade-in from District Offices on the Superior National Forest in Northern Minnesota. Because of the available trade-ins, vendors interested in submitting a quote should be within an approximate 250 mile driving distance of the following zip codes: 55604, 55615, 55731, 55723 and 55808. Vendors outside of the 250 mile radius may still quote but will need to deliver snowmobiles FOB Destination and pick-up trade-ins at the time of delivery. Acquisition is a small business set-aside under NAICS code 441229. A small business is classified as not exceeding 500 employees.
