- DE-RQ01-04ME90001 The Department of Energy (DOE) issued a solicitation on June 16, 2004, to conduct a Public-Private Standard Competition of the DOE Headquarters Logistics function in accordance with OMB Circular A-76, dated May 19, 2003 and the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Five offerors were originally solicited. The closing date for receipt of offerors was December 16, 2005. Two offers were received. The Department of Energy announced a performance decision on March 15, 2006, selecting Logistics Applications, Inc. The total cost of contractor performance is $28,077,741 for five years. A Task Order will be established with Logistics Applications, Inc., 2760 Eisenhower Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22314.
