- The solicitation for armed and unarmed guard services throughout the States of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut will not be avilable until April 2006. The Pre-Proposal Conference scheduled for March 30, 2006 at 10:00AM at the Federal Protective Service Region 3 Office is cancelled and will be rescheduled upon issuance of the solicitation. The estimated start date will be approximately 60 days after award of the contract.
