Description
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, materials, supplies and other items as necessary to provide Maintenance and Repairs to Travel Trailers on an as needed basis for various locations throughout Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and all terms and conditions in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial items. The Government will award a contract for this request for proposal to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation, which will be most advantageous to the Government based on price and past performance considered. A firm-fixed price type contract will be awarded by April 15, 2006. The base period of performance will be April 20, 2006 through July 19, 2006 with six (1) one month option periods, if exercised by the Government. This requirement is restricted to small business concerns. The NAICS Code is 811111 with a size standard of 6.5 million. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the agency. For the calculation of annual receipts and number of employees see parts 121.104 and 121.106 in SBA?s Small Business Size Regulations, http://www.sba.gov/regulations/121/. No paper copies of the solicitation will be distributed. Amendments to the solicitation will also be provided on the Internet using the same protocol listed above.
