- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. HSCG44-06-Q-30DGPS070 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 05-08. The applicable NAICS number is 334310 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This is an unrestricted procurement. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13.5. The FOB Destination delivery is to: US Coast Guard Command and Control Engineering Center (C2CEN) 4000 Coast Guard Blvd Portsmouth, VA 23703, on or before: June 8, 2006. Offers are due at: C2CEN, by the 1600 (EST) on April 6, 2006. Questions may be directed to Donna Urban, telephone 757-686-2149. The USCG C2CEN has a requirement to purchase: Hawk-89 ADSP-2189 PCI-Bus Cards Momentum Data part number: HK89-NM, 16-bit, 75 MIPS DSP, 32 Kwords 24-bit program memory; 48 Kwords 16 bit data memory; PCI bus interface; PCI Modular Analog Front End connector; DSP example programs and windows 98 program loader. The ADSP-2189 is a high speed, low power, Digital Signal Processor (DSP) with a 13.3 ns instruction cycle time. Programming can be in C or assembly language. The PMAFE connector carries power to the MAFE daughter board: +5v and +3.3v as well as +/- 12v. Total of 120 each. Company?s quotes should include: (1) The solicitation number; (2) The name, address, and telephone number of the offeror; (3) A technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary; (4) Terms of any express warranty; (5) Unit price, availability, estimated delivery date and any discount terms; (6) "Remit to" address, if different than mailing address; (7) Company Tax Information Number and DUNS Number. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. The following FAR provisions/clauses apply to this solicitation.
