- Description
- NEW TIME FOR PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE IS 11:00AM. DATE AND LOCATION REMAIN THE SAME. RFP# 06-JC-PHIL-PA-OA: COST PLUS FIXED FEE PROCUREMENT. The U.S. Department of Labor, Job Corps Region II, PHILADELPHIA has a requirement for providing Outreach/Admissions services in the state of Pennsylvania. This procurement is Unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561990. The small business size standard is $6M. The Contractor shall provide Outreach and Admissions services in the state of Pennsylvania and shall ensure the arrival of a minimum of 2,395 students into the REGION II, PHILADELPHIA Job Corps program annually. Annual arrival goals for specific centers are as follows: CHARLESTON- 90 MALE RESIDENT/ 110 FEMALE RESIDENT; HARPERS FERRY -60 MALE RESIDENT/40 FEMALE RESIDENT, KEYSTONE ?400 MALE RES, 20 MALE NON-RES, 230 FEMALE RESIDENT, 20 FEMALE NON-RESIDENT; PITTSBURGH ?315 MALE RESIDENT, 100 MALE NON-RESIDENT, 300 FEMALE RESIDENT, 220 FEMALE NON-RESIDENT; POTOMAC - 20 MALE RESIDENT /20 FEMALE RESIDENT; RED ROCK - 280 MALE RESIDENT / 170 FEMALE RESIDENT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Outreach/Admissions services for the base 2-year period 10/1/06 through 9/30/08. Outreach/Admissions services for Option Year 1, for the period 10/1/08 through 9/30/09. Outreach/Admissions services for Option. Year 2, for the period 10/1/09 through 9/30/10. Outreach/Admissions services for Option Year 3, for the period 10/1/10 through 9/30/11. This procurement will be made in accordance with FAR 215-1 Alternate I which allows for oral presentations. Despite the allowance of oral presentations, written submissions will also be required. The written parts of the proposal are to be received at Job Corps Region II, at 170 SOUTH INDEPENDENCE MALL WEST [SUITE 815 EAST], PHILADELPHIA, PA 19106 by FRIDAY, MAY 5, 2006 no later than 3:00 PM LOCAL TIME. Approximate anticipated date for oral presentation is JUNE 14, 2006. RFP to be issued on or about March 22, 2006. In accordance with FAR 5.102(A) (7), availability of the RFP will be limited to downloading from the FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ A PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERECE will be held on MARCH 29, 2006 at 11:00AM LOCAL TIME. It will be held at the Job Corps Regional Office, 170 SOUTH INDEPENDENCE MALL WEST, PHILADELPHIA, PA 19106 IN Suite L90. Interested offerors must limit their attendance to no more than three individuals. All attendees are encouraged to download the RFP prior to the PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE.
