- The date for receipt of proposals is being extended from February 22, 2006 to April 17, 2006 @ 3:00PM. The Description is changed as follows: VISN 3 intends to award one or multiple basic ordering agreements to provide polytrauma rehabilitation for Traumatic Brain Injury for Veteran beneficiaries. We are seeking quotes from those facilities with hospital-based dedicated Traumatic Brain Injury units. Facilities are to be located within the state of New Jersey and within the southern tier of New York which includes the following counties: Bronx, Dutchess, Kings, Nassau, New York, Orange, Putnam, Queens, Richmond, Rockland, Suffolk, Sullivan, Ulster, Westchester. This procurement is unrestricted and thus open to large and small businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 622310 with size standard $31.5M. The solicitation will be available o/a 3/16/06 with quotations due 4/17/06. Contract period from date of award through September 30, 2006 with a Government option to extend the term for 4 additional 1-year option periods.
