- The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract (FFP) for an Air Force Environmental Management Information System (EMIS) Operator. Specific work to be performed is addressed in the Statement of Work (SOW). This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns and falls under NAICS 541513 with a small business size standard of $21 million. The entire solicitation (Number: FA4686-06-T-0058) will be made available on the Government Point of Entry (GPE), Fedbizops (FBO) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 31 March 2006.
