Description

NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. Note: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be lincensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary to provide semi-annual cleaning service for forty (40) exhaust fan units and applying oil service to the hinge and shaft of seven (7) sets of skylight of laundry/dry cleaning plant at Building 154-4, Sagami General Depot in accordance with this Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS), the attached appendices and with commercial and local standards.
