- This office is contemplating a 100% small business set-aside sole-source action with Musshorn Enterprises dba B&M Machinery Company, 7170 Copper Queen Dr., El Paso, Tx 79915 for generator service and repair as no other viable local entity is availabl e. Services to be performed at 11th ADA Support Operations facility located at Fort Bliss, Texas. Services include pick up and delivery at the 11th ADA BDE Fort Bliss, complete unit disassembly, cleaning and inspection, O ring and bearing/seal replacemen t, follow-up training and technical assistance for the 11th ADA personnel to properly troubleshoot, adjust and repair the components. Service calls must be made within 24 hours of notification and may range from 1 to an undetermined number of main alterna tor assemblies. Vendor will use vacuum pressure impregnated procedure (VPI) on main alternator assembly requiring insulation. Polyurethane resin will be used. 90 Day warranty required on all services. Model/type of alternators may range from .5 KW to 15 0 KW. Period of Performance: 12 months. All responsible sources may submit a proposal for consideration before Mar 27, 2006.
