- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Army, Contracting Center of Excellence, intends to obtain fitness center services for members of several Department of Defense organizations located in the National Capit al Region. It is also our intention to issue multiple blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) with several eligible sources to in order to provide these services. Initially two organizations will be authorized to place orders under these agreements however additional organizations may be added to the BPAs as authorized ordering activities.
