- Mr. Gravenstede is uniquely qualified to perform all the tasks identified with this contract. This experience includes test & evaluation and design, specifically applied to armament and logistics systems. He has worked on the current MIP/EDS-A/AIK development programs for the past three years. He is knowledgeable of, and has been directly involved with, the specific systems requiring engineering support under this contract. His past experience working as a sub-contractor under a current contract will be invaluable to us both in terms of learning curve and time/money. He has already worked closely with the engineers in our office and has established working relationships with many of the other offices, organizations, and agencies that this office deals with on a daily basis. Mr. Gravenstede is a key player and his knowledge and experience will serve to support a successful completion of the SOW. See Numbered Note 22.
