- Thomas Sieffert, of TJS Consulting, is highly qualified to perform all the tasks identified with this contract. Currently working under the Gravenstede Contract, Mr. Sieffert has been filling this position for the past 6 months doing all the work outlined in the SOW. His experience gained while sitting in this position makes him uniquely qualified to complete and fulfill this contract. His knowledge and familiarity of the JMIDS program and the kind of Engineering and Integration support needed to ensure success will prove to be invaluable. His past experience working as a sub-contractor under a current contract will be significant in terms of learning curve and time/money. He has already worked closely with the engineers in our office and has established working relationships with many of the other offices, organizations, and agencies that this office deals with on a daily basis. Mr. Sieffert will become a key player and his knowledge and experience will serve to support a successful completion of the SOW. See Numbered Note 22.
