Description

EMAIL: ruth.ferguson@redstone.army.mil RFP will be issued to Lockheed Martin, Lockheed Martin Missile & Fire Control, 1701 W. Marshall Dr. Grand Prairie, TX 75051-2704, (cage code 64059). This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest small business firms, or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed. THE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS TO INCREASE QUANTITY AS FOLLOWS: PRON D1613932, NOUN: Hyd Pump,Assembly, PN 13213551, NSN 1055-01-452-1092, known quantiy 21 each with a maximum quantity 55 each IS HEREBY CHANGED TO KNOWN QUANTITY 39 EACH WITH A MAXIMUM QUANTITY OF 73 EACH. PRON D16B0871, NOUN Hyd Motor Assembly, PN 13213555, NSN 1055-01-459-6825. known quantity 22 each, maximum quantity 40 This proposed acquisition is for a Requirements contract which will be segregated into three (3) program periods with orders to be issued one or more times as requirements materialize. However, this does not preclude the Government from ordering the maxim um quantites at any time during the requirements period. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Destination to be furnished. Delivery Schedule is 245 days after contract award to include contractor tested first article. Delivery schedule is 100 days without contractor tested first article. Offerors must be approved and qualified. The Government d oes not possess sufficient documentation to acquire these items from other than the qualified source. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, is not available. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for soli citation must be processed through their respective embassies. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website and looking under Qualification Procedures for Missile Requirements (AMCOM pa mphlet 702-1) and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Missile Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a bid/ proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by this agency, request solicitation package from address above, ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LS-M, FAX Number 256-955-7737. Adequate drawings, specifications, or other technical data are not available and will not be furnished. See Numbered Note(s): 22 and 26.
