- Federal Supply Class(FSC) 6650, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333314. Item Required: FTIR Microscope Imaging System. The microscope and FT-IR system should allow for collection of infrared images and spectra by reflect ion, transmission, and ATR. The system should allow for full microscope operation from either software or the microscope. The microscope should have auto-focus to allow for optimize IR spectra, IR images, and visible images. Minimum required salient cha racteristics will be posted at the same time as the solicitation, via the websites listed below. FOB Destination, Crane Army Ammunition Activity, Crane, IN. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. Quantity is 1 each. Required delivery schedule is 3 m onths after date of contract award. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD will be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may register via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or contact CCR at 1-888-227-2423. APPROXIMATE issue date is 30 March 2006 with the opening date 20 days from issue. Electronic bid submission will NOT be accepted in response to the solicitation. All proposals must be faxed or mailed in by the specified date and time. The solicitation shall be issu ed via the Internet at http://www.osc.army.mil/ac/aais/ioc and https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these websites. It is the responsibility of the contractor to check th ese sites daily for any posted changes.
