Description

**Due to space limitations, the following was left off of the previous preproposal announcement:** Directions to the Blackhawk Conference Room and parking: After obtaining a visitor's badge and checking through the guard station, proceed on Rodman Avenue past the cemetery on the left and military housing on the right. At the light (East Avenue) make a left turn. There is parking approximately one block down on your left. Building 109/108 is located in the string of connected buildings which begin at the corner of Rodman Avenue and East Avenue where you turned left. Walk back to those buildings and we st on Rodman until you see the entrance to Building 108. The elevator can take you to the 3rd floor where you will need to walk to your right to the conference area. The speed limit on Rock Island Arsenal is 25 mph. Watch for signs. The Illinois seat belt law is enforced on Rock Island Arsenal.
