- The Norfolk District is offering for sale approximately 1884 tons of standing Pine sawtimber, 37 tons of standing pine CNS, and 955 tons of standing Pine pulpwood on approximately 18.2 acre at Radford Army Ammunition Plant, Radford, Virginia. The to tal number of items for this sale is one (1). The timber to be sold may be inspected by prospective purchasers through April 11, 2006. Arrangements for inspections should be made by contacting Mr. Len DiIoia, telephone (540) 639-8647. Sealed bids will b e accepted until 2:00 p.m., April 13, 2006, by the Acquisition, Management, and Disposal Section, Real Estate Branch, Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, 803 Front Street, Norfolk, Virginia 23510-1096, and then and there publicly opened and ann ounced. Forms for use in submitting bids may be obtained from Mr. DiIoia at Radford Army Ammunition Plant or from the Acquisition, Management, and Disposal Section, address shown above. Terms and conditions of sale, procedure for submitting bids, and a d escription of the timber are contained in the bid forms. This is a Lump Sum Sale.
