Description

The solicitation will be available for download approximately April 7, 2006. Project Title & Location: Richmond Inner Harbor Channel Maintenance Dredging, Contra Costa County, California. The work consists of maintenance dredging of Richmond Inner Harbor Channel of approximately 130,600 cubic yards of materials, to provide a projec t authorized depth, -38 feet plus 1 foot allowable paid over-depth plus 1 foot allowable nonpaid over-depth, and disposing of the dredged material in the designated ocean disposal site at SF-DODS. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is UNRESTRICTED. NAICS CODE : This procurement will be conducted under NAICS Code 237990. The size standard for this NAICS code is $18.5 Million. Estimated cost is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The recommended goals for subcontracting are: Small Business: 51.2%, Small Disa dvantaged Business: 8.8%, Women-Owned Small Business: 7.3%, HUBZone Small Business: 3.1%, and Service-Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business: 1.5%. The acquisition method is Invitation for Bids (IFB). The solicitation will be available for download approxima tely April 7, 2006.
