Description: Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a cost plus fixed fee contract to Advanced Navigation and Positioning Corporation (ANPC), Hood River, OR. This procurement is for delivery of prototype Transportable Transponder Landing System (TTLS) units, including software enhancements, logistics support, training, associated technical data and post-delivery engineering services in support of system demonstrations. The proposed contract is for a single year requirement (FY06). ANPC is the sole designer, developer, and original equipment manufacturer, including associated software, of the Transportable TLS.
