- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a sole source procurement to Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems, Oceanic and Naval Systems, Annapolis, Maryland, for the Advanced Seal Delivery System Reliability Improvement Program (ARIP) and in-service life cycle support. The purpose of ARIP is to improve the reliability of the Advanced Seal Delivery System (ASDS) Boat #1.
