- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division has entered into a Basic Ordering Agreement with Lockheed Martin Corporation, Naval Electronics and Surveillance Systems Tactical Division, 333 Pilot Knob Road, Eagan MD for a maximum ceiling amount of $49,500,000. The BOA covers a three-year period with two one-year options from the award date, which was 04 April 2002. The BOA includes line items for overhaul, refurbishment, repair, maintenance, installation, checkout, spare and repair parts, upgrade kits, piece parts, software maintenance and upgrade, and field engineering/repair services for legacy Standard Embedded Computer Resources and any ancillary equipment, including sub-assemblies and components. Procurements under the BOA will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is for the class of orders that may be issued by NSWC Crane under the BOA for a one-year period (Option Year 2). Individual job orders issued by NSWC Crane will specify required tasks and all applicable delivery terms and conditions. All responsible sources may inquire into the specific terms and conditions included in the BOA; such inquiries will be considered by this agency. Notes 22 and 26 apply.
