- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Orbit Advanced Technologies Inc., on other than full and open competitive basis a contract for 1each 959 Spectrum Software Upgrade (Antenna and RCS), 1 each System Design and Engineering, Drafting, RF Subsystem Assembly/Integration and Test, Program Management, Doc Preparation, Test Report, On-Site System Installation, and 1-day System Level Training at The Naval Research Laboratory, 4555 Overlook Ave, S.W., Washington, DC, 1 each High Speed Switch Controller P/N: OFR9800, 1 each Custom RF Switch Matrix, and 1 each Upgrade of existing Pulse Modulator. (Microsoft IE required). Additional specifications in the RFQ. Sole source is based on equipment being compatible to Orbit Advanced Technologies Inc. See note(s) 22. Vendors who feel that they can provide the above services shall fully identify their interest and submit their capabilities to meet the above requirements within 15 days after the publication of this synopsis. Responses received after 15 days or without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis and not be considered. Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DOD?s Central Contractor Registration database.
