- The contractor shall provide the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Charleston, SC with OPNET commercial off-the-shelf communications simulation software products from OPNET Technologies, Inc. The proprietary software products are to include software modules, license upgrades, and technical support for existing OPNET technology fielded at various Government installations. The Government intends to award a commercial, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract for a base year only. The solicitation will be issued on a sole source basis to OPNET Technologies, Inc. of Bethesda, MD. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541511 with a size standard of $23 million applies.
