- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to issue a sole source contract to SCI Technology, Inc. (SCI), 13000 S. Memorial Parkway, Huntsville, AL 35803, for the procurement of Tactical Operations Center Inter- Communications System (TOCNET) Modules. SCI is the sole manufacturer of the TOCNET modules and holds the proprietary rights for the design. In accordance with FAR Part 12, a commercial, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated for a base period of one year and one (1) option year. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334119 and the size standard is 1000 employees.
