- Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the following NSN's: 6135-00-643-1307, 6-volt carbon zinc battery (rectangular shape w/rounded corners), 6135-00-643-1310, 6-volt carbon zinc battery and 6135-01-301-8776, AA non-rechargeable battery. Read carefully each item purchase description (IPD). Batteries must conform with unit of issue and date of manufacture. Shipments to GSA an other civilian agencies shall be marked iaw Fed-Std-123 and shipments to Department of Defense (DOD) must be marked iaw Mil-Std-129. Faxed copy is acceptable but original RFQ must be sent also. RFQ is due 3/28/06 by 4:30 PM local time. RFQ is not setaside for small business.
