- Description
- The U.S. General Services Administration?s Federal Technology Service intends to issue a Sole Source award to IPS METEOSTAR, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, ?Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.? ***This is NOT a Request for Quotes.*** The requirement is to design and implement a Network Common Data Form (NetCDF) decoder capability into the Leading Environmental Analysis and Display System (LEADS) as requested by the client for Solicitation Number 4THO17063510. The proposed contract action is to acquire LEADS software development and implementation services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Any comments to this notice should be submitted via email to Ms. April S. O?Connor at april.oconnor@gsa.gov. Responses must be submitted by 5pm CST on 20 March 2006. All information submitted on or before this date will be reviewed by the Government.
