- SOURCES SOUGHT (RFI) THIS REQUEST FOR SOURCES SOUGHT IS LIMITED TO SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY. This is a market survey for written information only. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. No telephone calls requesting a solicitation will be accepted or acknowledged. There is no solicitation available at this time, nor is there any additional information available to support this announcement. Responses to this announcement shall not exceed ten (10) pages, and standard company brochures are not desired. The General Services Administration is currently seeking potential sources to provide A/E Electrical Design Services. Sources must have a proven capability (past performance experience) with design services related to Installation/Replacement of a 13.2Kv / 480volt Switchgear in occupied Government facilities. Past Performance related to Contract Administration services (post-construction award services) is also desired. In addition, all potential sources must have a primary office location (and licensed professional engineering personnel) in the GSA / Region 3 Geographic area (limited to the following states: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia). All potential sources with the capability to provide the above referenced information are invited to submit, in writing, sufficient information within the page limitation (10 pages). All responses must identify capabilities/expertise in all the above requirements. Responses to this RFI should be mailed to following address: General Services Administration, Region 3, The Strawbridge Building, 20 North 8th Street, 8th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19107 attn: Paul H. Ferguson. All response must be received not later than March 31, 2006. Documents submitted in response to this RFI will not be returned.
