Description: PREPROPOSAL CONFERENCE The purpose of the conference will be to exchange information to improve the understanding of the Government?s requirements and industry capabilities, thereby allowing potential offerors to judge whether or how they can satisfy the Government?s requirements. Also, to enhance the Government?s ability to obtain quality construction services, at a reasonable price, increase efficiency in proposal preparation, proposal evaluation, negotiation and contract award. A pre-proposal conference will be held on March 31, 2006 at 10:00 am at the following location 517 W. Liberty Street, Louisville, KY.
