Description

Single award term contract for the period beginning April 1, 2006 and ending March 31, 2007. These specifications cover the production of various shapes of electronic business cards and packaging including such operations as mastering and replication of mini CD ROMs with a minimum capacity of from 39 to 180 MB per CD (based on size and shape) and special shaped CD ROMs based on a full size CD ROM die cut to shape. NOTE: silver CD-ROM replicates must be produced, CD-Rs are not acceptable. Operations required also include screen printing image on CD, various packaging options, inserting into packaging, copy pickup, reproduction from government furnished electronic media, proofs, films, printing in up to four color process, labeling, packing, and delivery. Approximately 39 orders, approximately 250 to 5,000 CDs per order. Government to furnish: Electronic Files. Material and print order to be picked up from and delivered to Battle Creek, MI. Deliver f.o.b. destination. Production time 9 workdays. Telephone/Telegraph requests are not acceptable.
