- Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) requests quotes to perform bakery facility site surveys to establish entryway access points and utility requirements for 11 DeCA commissaries in the Western & Far East Areas. They include the following commissaries: Anchorage, AK, Fort Irwin & Imperial Beach, CA, Fort Hood I &Fort Bliss, TX, F.E. Warren, WY, Mountain Home, ID, Fairchild AFB, WA. Overseas commissaries include: Yokota AFB, Japan, Camp Kinser, Okinawa, & Anderson AFB, Guam. The quoter will be required to complete site survey inspections and subsequent reports not later than July 31, 2006. Evaluation of the quotations shall be on an "all or none" basis. A Firm Fixed Price, Contract is contemplated. The period of performance will be April 3, 2006 or date of award, whichever is first, through July 31, 2006. The NAICS code is 541990 for this requirement and the size standard is $6 million. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the solicitation at the FBO site. By submission of a quote, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
