- This is a notice that the Government intends to award a sole-source contract to Sybase, Inc, 561 Virginia Road, Concord, MA 01742. continuation of current software license/maintenance services. In support of the Defense Intelligence Agency's FOIA/DECLASS System. This license/maintenance began with a contract to Sybase for the purchase of the software. Sybase is the only firm that can complete this effort. Sybase is the sole proprietor of the software license and maintenance. This contract will have a twelve-month period of performance from 30 June 2006 through 29 June 2007. This is a not a request for proposals.
