Description: The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency, is seeking proposals with the intent of making an award for an editor in support of the Agency?s Center for Strategic Intelligence Research (CSIR). The contractor shall support this requirement by providing one individual working on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). The majority of work will take place at building 6000, Bolling AFB, Washington, DC. Work performed under the resulting award will be at the Top Secret Level and the assigned contractor employee must be cleared at the Top Secret level. This requirement is for small business concerns only. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION THEREFORE A SEPARATE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
